Maybe you've been away from the Church for awhile. Maybe you're not sure if you want to return, but you are willing to at least take a second look. We understand. Perhaps you're not sure if you agree with or even fully understand some Catholic teachings. You may have issues concerning marriage or divorce, or even had your faith shaken by a scandal.
We are blessed to be a community that grows in our faith through prayer, sacraments and service. We have Adoration on the first Friday of each month following daily mass until 4:30pm in our St. Dominick Chapel. EVERYONE and anyone are invited to come and sit in the presence of God.
Returning Catholics, do you want to delve deeper into your faith?
Candidates for Full Communion are those who have already been baptized in other Christian traditions. Candidates are brought into the Church several times during the year, whenever they are ready. Their process of preparation parallels the Catechumens. At the Rite of Full Communion they make a profession of faith, they are Confirmed, and they receive Eucharist for the first time as a Catholic.
Confirmation Candidates: If you were Baptized in the Catholic Church you are already a Catholic, even if you have not completed the other Sacraments of Initiation (Eucharist and Confirmation). We are happy to have you join us in the RCIA Community as a Confirmation Candidate. Confirmation and First Eucharist is usually held in the Spring with the Archbishop, on a date set by the Archdiocese.
